Impound Information
If your vehicle has been impounded, the registered owner must present valid insurance, registration and driver’s license to claim your vehicle. If you do not have a valid license you may use another government issued photo ID, but will need to be accompanied by a licensed driver. Impound fees are paid in cash.
Although we provide 24 hour service our impound offices are open Monday thru Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. to retrieve vehicles.
Vehicles that were impounded by the Novi or Wixom Police departments will also need a release form from those municipalities as well as the documentation listed above.
